What is Clinical Coaching?

The Attentive Health Clinical Coaching program is available to team members diagnosed with one or more chronic condition who wish to receive customized 1-to-1 clinical support from a Registered Nurse. Receive support managing conditions such as high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, pre-diabetes/diabetes, and more…at no cost to you as an employee! Meetings will take place via Zoom. The first session lasts approximately 1 hour with ongoing check-ins scheduled bi-weekly. Meet Marianne

Marianne is a Health Coach and Registered Nurse and has been working in the healthcare and wellness industry for nearly 30 years. Marianne received a Bachelor of Science in Health Services with a minor in Nutrition from University of Southern Indiana and her diploma in Registered Nursing from The Christ Hospital School of Nursing in Cincinnati, OH. Marianne believes that each individual is unique. As a health coach she helps people draw on their strengths, learn from their past, and focus on what is important to them in order to live to their fullest potential in wellness. Your meetings with Marianne are 100% confidential – none of your personal information will be shared with your employer… or anyone else!
